Fluorine coated Powders

For many years, Silicone coated color pigments are used for enhanced color lastings, however, their applications to the cosmetic compositions are restricted in the deficiency of oil-repellence i. e. insufficiency of color performance. So, recently the interests for fluorine materials to overcome the above the restrictions are gradually increased.

Our R&D staff developed the novel fluorine-treatment powders to accomplish the long color lasting effects, and Water & Oil repellence, We use the perfluoroalkylpoly-ethers which are containing perfluoroalkyl end groups. It is well known that those are insoluble in nearly all of the solvents and also show the water & oil repellence. Thanks to the good film-forming characteristics of perfluoroalkylpolyether component, our newly developed novel fluorine-treatment powders have many unique properties such as excellent clear color appearance, water & oil repellence, very long color lasting and emollient feelings, etc..
